ESP Tax form Information

ESP CHILD CARE TAX FORMS

End of the year tax forms will be available after Friday, January 18, 2008.  If your child is currently enrolled in ESP, you may pick up your tax form from the ESP site director at your school.  If your child attended ESP any time during 2007 and is no longer enrolled in the program, you may pick up your tax form in the Business Office at the Hamblen County Board of Education building located at 210 E. Morris Blvd, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  All forms that have not been picked up by Monday, March 3, 2008, will be destroyed.   If you have any questions, please call Suzi Masoner at 423-581-3017.
