Union Heights 4H Club

Union Heights Fourth and Fifth Grades participate in our local 4H Club. Students do demonsrations on 4H related projects and each student participates in the club's public speaking contest. In fourth grade students learn to do research, take notes, write a speech, and finally deliver a speech during the December club meeting. Fifth grade students participate in a county-wide public speaking contest.

Union Heights has a deeply engrained tradition in 4H participation. The late Mrs. Frances Hale led the Union Heights 4H program for many years and set a standard for our clubs today.

Mr. Mannie Bedwell and Mrs.Nancy Marshall serve as our 4H agents.
