English
English classes focus on grammar and composition, editing,
journal writing, speech writing, and writing a research paper.
 
Math
Math classes focus on decimals, fractions, patterns, percents,
properties, measurement, geometry, and algebra.

Math (Advanced)
Advanced math is a program designed to accelerate students to a higher
level of Mathematics. It is the 8th grade curriculum taught to 7th grade students.
 
Reading
Reading classes focus on the following genres:  fiction,
non-fiction, drama, poetry, and myths.
 
Science
Science classes focus on life science-- from cells, fungus, plant, and animal to humans. Labs, dissections, projects, and other hands on activities are required.
 
Social Studies
Social studies classes focus on geography. Government, culture, and physical features of many different countries and regions are covered.
