Graduation Practice Information

  • Students will report to Main Lobby for graduation practice.
  • Graduation practice is set for Wednesday July 22nd at 9 AM. 

    o   ALL students that are attending graduation MUST attend practice. Email Mr. Ely if you have any questions.  elyj@hcboe.net

  • Graduation Practice: 9 AM – 11 AM.  End time is approximate and may change. Student must stay until the end.   
  • Report at 9 AM – No Exceptions.
  • Student must pay all Fees and Fines.   Students that owe fees or fines will not be able to participate in ceremony. Students that owe fines and fees will not receive graduation tickets until paid.  Contact main office if you have questions.      
  • School Dress Code Enforced.

Graduation Information

  • Students are to report to Main Lobby dressed in dress code appropriate attire. (Dress Code for graduation will be on our website, Facebook page and given to students during graduation) Students are to be at school no later than 6:30 PM. Do not be late! 
  • Dress Code – Men must wear dark pants, dark dress shoes and white polo or collared shirt. Women must wear dress or skirt and blouse not go be longer than gown and appropriate to wear during school day.  Dark-dress shoes preferably no spiked hills.
  • As students walk in, they will be dress coded. Those that are not properly dressed will not be allowed to enter.   No cellphones will be allowed.
  • Make arrangements for someone to hold purses, backpacks, and handbags. You will not be able to leave them in the building and staff will not be responsible to hold.

Parent Info

  • 4 Tickets per graduate. Tickets will be given to students at graduation practice.   As family enters, they will have the option to get paper that will allow them to social distance by placing beside them when they sit in stands. 
  • All seating will be in stands.  No parents will be allowed on field.
  • Graduation picture forms will be included in the student diploma packet.

Post-Graduation

  • Students will march out of stadium and into building to pick up diplomas.  They will exit the building through main doors to meet with families.  Parents are not allowed into building.
